TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Rates are in U.S. dollars.
- Rates are subject to a 5% government tax and 15% service charge.
- Rates are subject to change without notification.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
- We also accept wire transfers, checks, and certified banker’s checks.
SUMMER / FALL (April 15 – December 14)
- 3-night minimum stay.
- A 3-night deposit is required to confirm reservation.
- Balance is due upon arrival.
- Cancellations require a minimum of 45-day notice prior to arrival for full deposit refund (less 15% service charge assessed against the refund value).
- For cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival date, any deposit will be forfeited.
WINTER / SPRING (December 15 – April 14 (except Holiday weeks)
- 5-night minimum stay.
- A 3-night deposit is required to confirm reservation.
- Balance is due upon arrival.
- Cancellations require a minimum of 45-day notice prior to arrival for full deposit refund (less 15% service charge assessed against the refund value).
- For cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival date, any deposit will be forfeited.
HOLIDAYS (Christmas, New Year’s and holiday weeks)
- 7-night minimum stay.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made less than 60 days prior must be paid in full at time of reservation.
- All holiday reservations are nonrefundable.
