TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Rates are in U.S. dollars.
  • Rates are subject to a 5% government tax and 15% service charge.
  • Rates are subject to change without notification.
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
  • We also accept wire transfers, checks, and certified banker’s checks.

SUMMER / FALL (April 15 – December 14)

  • 3-night minimum stay.
  • A 3-night deposit is required to confirm reservation.
  • Balance is due upon arrival.
  • Cancellations require a minimum of 45-day notice prior to arrival for full deposit refund (less 15% service charge assessed against the refund value).
  • For cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival date, any deposit will be forfeited.

WINTER / SPRING (December 15 – April 14 (except Holiday weeks)

  • 5-night minimum stay.
  • A 3-night deposit is required to confirm reservation.
  • Balance is due upon arrival.
  • Cancellations require a minimum of 45-day notice prior to arrival for full deposit refund (less 15% service charge assessed against the refund value).
  • For cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival date, any deposit will be forfeited.

HOLIDAYS (Christmas, New Year’s and holiday weeks)

  • 7-night minimum stay.
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation.
  • Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Reservations made less than 60 days prior must be paid in full at time of reservation.
  • All holiday reservations are nonrefundable.
